On vous d\u00e9taille dans cet article la prise de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/424-whey-proteine\">prot\u00e9ine Whey<\/a> et son influence sur le cholest\u00e9rol dans le sang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cholest\u00e9rol et risques cardio vasculaires<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quel est le bon (hdl) et le mauvais (ldl) cholest\u00e9rol ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cholest\u00e9rol est essentiel au fonctionnement de l&rsquo;organisme mais un taux trop \u00e9lev\u00e9 est nocif pour la sant\u00e9. On d\u00e9termine le niveau de cholest\u00e9rol dans le sang par 3 indicateurs :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Le taux de cholest\u00e9rol total<\/strong> <strong>(HDL et LDL)<\/strong> doit \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur 2g\/litre de sang.<\/li><li><strong>Le taux de bon taux cholest\u00e9rol (HDL) <\/strong>doit \u00eatre entre 0,4 et 0,6g<\/li><li><strong>Le taux de mauvais cholest\u00e9rol (LDL) <\/strong>doit \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 1,6g\/l ou 1,3g\/l en cas de risque cardio-vasculaire.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le taux de cholest\u00e9rol total <strong>d\u00e9passe 2,20g\/l<\/strong>, on parle d&rsquo;<strong>hypercholest\u00e9rol\u00e9mie<\/strong>. Pour \u00e9viter un taux trop \u00e9lev\u00e9 nocif pour le syst\u00e8me cardiovasculaire, il faut donc <strong>favoriser un taux de bon cholest\u00e9rol HDL \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/strong> et <strong>maintenir un taux de mauvais LDL bas<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les risques cardiovasculaires<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les deux principaux facteurs de risque de maladies cardiovasculaires sont l\u2019hypertension et <strong>un taux de cholest\u00e9rol sanguin \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/strong>. Toutes les 39 secondes, en Am\u00e9rique, quelqu\u2019un meurt d\u2019une <strong>crise cardiaque<\/strong>, d\u2019un <strong>accident vasculaire c\u00e9r\u00e9bral <\/strong>ou <strong>toute autre maladie cardiovasculaire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe bien entendu des <strong>m\u00e9dicaments efficaces <\/strong>pour r\u00e9duire ces facteurs de risque, mais beaucoup de gens ne se feront pas d\u00e9pister, ou ne les prendront pas. Et en plus, les m\u00e9dicaments, c\u2019est bien connu, ont des<strong> effets secondaires<\/strong>, parfois importants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelle alimentation pour r\u00e9duire le cholest\u00e9rol ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0<strong> 85% par le corps par l<\/strong>e foie, le reste du cholest\u00e9rol est apport\u00e9 par l&rsquo;alimentation. Un <strong>changement des habitudes alimentaires<\/strong> peut aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire votre taux de cholest\u00e9rol total, l&rsquo;id\u00e9al \u00e9tant de <strong>l&rsquo;accompagner d&rsquo;une activit\u00e9 physique plusieurs fois par semaine <\/strong>pour accompagner une perte de poids. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On cherche \u00e0 <strong>augmenter le taux de bon cholest\u00e9rol<\/strong> tout en diminuant le taux de mauvais cholest\u00e9rol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">On favorise les bonnes graisses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce serait <strong>une erreur de supprimer totalement les lipide<\/strong>s de votre r\u00e9gime alimentaire.
