Hugh a fait appel \u00e0 son ami Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) pour des conseils muscl\u00e9s, afin de se pr\u00e9parer au r\u00f4le de Wolverine. Jackman dit : \u00ab\u00a0Le but n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas d&rsquo;avoir l&rsquo;air d&rsquo;\u00eatre juste quelqu&rsquo;un qui faisait de la gonflette, il fallait que la rage int\u00e9rieure puisse se voir sur mon corps, il fallait voir les veines, je voulais sembler animal.\u00a0\u00bb&nbsp; C&rsquo;est plut\u00f4t r\u00e9ussi, car, plus sec et \u00e9corch\u00e9 que jamais Wolverine semble taill\u00e9 dans le m\u00eame \u00ab roc \u00bb que son ami tant on sent sa puissance \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cran.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hugh Jackman (alias Wolverine) a la rage de s&rsquo;entrainer et \u00e7a se voit !<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n<div class=\"columns-quote is-\">\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__quote\">\n    <blockquote>Son surnom \u00e9tait (Chicken legs) cuisses de poulet, dans sa jeunesse, tant il \u00e9tait maigre<\/blockquote>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__body\">\n    \r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Une revanche pour Jack, selon son entraineur et ami Mike Ryan, car son surnom \u00e9tait (Chicken legs) cuisses de poulet, dans sa jeunesse, tant il \u00e9tait maigre.<br>A 44 ans Hugh fait la fiert\u00e9 de son entraineur, car il a acquis une <a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-musculation-prise-masse\/\"><strong>masse musculaire<\/strong><\/a> consid\u00e9rable qui remplit l&rsquo;\u00e9cran,&nbsp; tout en \u00e9tant plus l\u00e9ger qu&rsquo;il ne l&rsquo;a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9, \u00e0 tel point que son physique s&rsquo;am\u00e9liore au fil des ann\u00e9es. Ils ont fait le pari tous les deux que Hugh ait toujours son \u00ab six-pack \u00bb (d&rsquo;abdos) \u00e0 50 ans. <\/p>\r\n\r\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mais comment s&rsquo;est-il entrain\u00e9?<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Les s\u00e9ances commencent avant le tournage, de sorte que <strong>l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 est maximale<\/strong> et que les muscles d\u00e9chirent l&rsquo;\u00e9cran. Et ce, m\u00eame s&rsquo;il faut s&rsquo;entrainer \u00e0 4h du matin car le tournage commence \u00e0 6 ! Comptez 10 mn de cardio avant et 20 mn apr\u00e8s la musculation, en fin de s\u00e9ance. les s\u00e9ances au total durent 1h et demi.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Beaucoup de charges progressives mais aussi <strong>de la pliom\u00e9trie<\/strong>, des sauts, des extensions pour le travail de la puissance et de l&rsquo;explosivit\u00e9, mais toujours avec des variantes d&rsquo;angle ou de rythme pour solliciter les muscles de mani\u00e8res diff\u00e9rentes et ne pas cr\u00e9er de routine. Il alterne les jours pectoraux\/triceps avec les dos\/biceps, les jambes et les \u00e9paules\/abdos, avec 1 jour de repos par semaine. Il commence par les exercices compos\u00e9s pour finir avec les exercices d&rsquo;isolation.
