Aucun lien donc n&rsquo;est d\u00e9montr\u00e9 entre l&rsquo;aspartame et les risques de cancers, les dommages g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques ou c\u00e9r\u00e9braux, ni m\u00eame sur le d\u00e9veloppement du f\u0153tus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seules les personnes incapables de d\u00e9grader la ph\u00e9nylalanine contenue dans l&rsquo;aspartame (souffrant de ph\u00e9nylc\u00e9tonurie) doivent \u00e9viter d&rsquo;en consommer<br>\nIl n&rsquo;y a donc aucun danger \u00e0 utiliser des prot\u00e9ines contenant de l&rsquo;aspartame au quotidien dans des doses raisonnables. La seule chose qu&rsquo;il faut avoir \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u0153il est que le fait de consommer moins de sucre gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet \u00e9dulcorant ne vous donne pas droit \u00e0 un bonus pour en consommer plus par ailleurs, surtout si vous \u00eates en p\u00e9riode de s\u00e8che.
