Ils&nbsp;n&rsquo;auront pas besoin de tellement se priver pour les f\u00eates. M\u00eame si vous souhaitez perdre quelques kilos, vous pouvez manger quelques friandises de temps en temps.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Les amateurs de chocolat ont de la chance ! <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Des femmes ob\u00e8ses en surpoids ont perdu 4,9 kg en moyenne sur 4 mois. Et ce m\u00eame en ayant <strong>mang\u00e9 du chocolat en plus d&rsquo;un r\u00e9gime alimentaire<\/strong> sain par ailleurs.<br>L&rsquo;\u00e9tude financ\u00e9e par un fabricant de friandises qui a fourni lui-m\u00eame les chocolats pour l&rsquo;\u00e9tude, prouve qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;est pas utile de se priver de ses aliments pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s. Ceci \u00e0 condition de les int\u00e8grer \u00e0 un plan alimentaire pr\u00e9cis en portions contr\u00f4l\u00e9es.<br>Il n&rsquo;y a pas eu de groupe t\u00e9moin, donc on n&rsquo;a pas mesur\u00e9 la perte de poids des femmes qui n&rsquo;ont pas mang\u00e9 du tout de collation sucr\u00e9e.<br>Les chercheurs ne pensaient pas que le chocolat serait aussi efficace que n&rsquo;importe quelle autre collation dans le cadre d&rsquo;un r\u00e9gime.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-push-product\">\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Gaufrette prot\u00e9in\u00e9e enrob\u00e9e de chocolat<\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__product\">\n      <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Des prot\u00e9ines et du chocolat <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les collations comportaient du chocolat, mais aussi des fibres et des <a href=\"\/4-proteines\"><strong>prot\u00e9ines<\/strong><\/a> pour \u00e9viter la sensation de faim jusqu&rsquo;au prochain repas.<br> 33 femmes m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es en surpoids ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soumises \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime r\u00e9duit en calories de 1500 \u00e0 1800 calories par jour, leur IMC \u00e9tait compris entre 25 et 43. Toutes ont assist\u00e9 \u00e0 des s\u00e9ances hebdomadaires de nutrition. Deux fois par jour, elles ont consomm\u00e9 des&nbsp;<strong>collations \u00e0 base de chocolat noir. <\/strong>Elles pouvaient m\u00eame manger du cacao sans sucre au petit d\u00e9jeuner.<br>Les autres femmes de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude mangeaient des fruits et des collations \u00e0 base de r\u00e9glisse et des boissons sans cacao le matin. 26 femmes ont toutes perdu du poids au terme des 4 mois.
