Mais les prot\u00e9ines de blanc d&rsquo;\u0153uf auraient un autre r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer tout aussi essentiel, selon la revue Neuron.<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les \u0153ufs pour muscler\u2026 le cerveau !<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude portant sur <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/3-bcaa-acides-amines-essentiels\">des acides amin\u00e9s<\/a><\/strong>, semblables \u00e0 ceux des blancs d&rsquo;\u0153ufs a permis de mettre en \u00e9vidence qu&rsquo;ils <strong>augmentent l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale<\/strong>.<br>Men\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;animal par des chercheurs des Universit\u00e9s de Cambridge, d&rsquo;Oxford, de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 McGill (Canada), Aarhus (Danemark) et Stanford (Etats-Unis), elle a examin\u00e9 l&rsquo;impact des acides amin\u00e9s, sur des cellules bien sp\u00e9cifiques de cerveau de souris. <br>Chez les mammif\u00e8res, ces cellules sont situ\u00e9es dans une zone du cerveau appel\u00e9e l&rsquo;hypothalamus. Le groupe nourri avec ce m\u00e9lange montre plus de mouvements et d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 que le groupe t\u00e9moin.<br>Des travaux ant\u00e9rieurs avaient montr\u00e9 que le glucose bloque au contraire l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 de ces cellules.
