Il contient de nombreux compos\u00e9s ph\u00e9noliques actifs dont : cat\u00e9chine , taxifolium , les procyanidines , et des acides ph\u00e9noliques.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On connaissait surtout ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s sur la circulation sanguine, mais il se trouve que ce ce composant a des ressources cach\u00e9es qui pourraient bien \u00eatre utiles aux bodybuilders.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Antixoydant et booster de NO\ufeff<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De la famille des flavono\u00efdes ou polyph\u00e9nols, il serait l&rsquo;un des plus puissants anti-oxydants (bien plus que la vitamine C et la vitamine E).
