Non, pas du tout ! Avec quelques modifications, on peut cr\u00e9er une recette qui fera de vos cr\u00eapes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/136-plats-cuisines\"><strong>un repas sain, hyperprot\u00e9in\u00e9<\/strong> <\/a>et plein de bonne \u00e9nergie pour tenir toute\u00a0 la journ\u00e9e !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3 \u0153ufs<\/li><li>200 g de fromage blanc 0%<\/li><li> \u00bc dl de lait<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile<\/li><li>0.75 dl de flocons d&rsquo;avoine<\/li><li>\u00bc dl de Whey Superset saveur vanille<\/li><li>1 pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li><li>1 pinc\u00e9e de levure chimique<\/li><li>de la cannelle a volont\u00e9<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">R\u00e9alisation de la recette <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettez tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un grand bol. Mixez-les avec un mixer \u00e0 pied jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 que vous obteniez un m\u00e9lange lisse.&nbsp; Faites cuire des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s pour obtenir une surface dor\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-push-product\">\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">Nul en cuisine ? Optez pour les<strong> pancakes.  <\/strong><br>Attention, il faudra les faire plus petites et plus \u00e9paisses qu&rsquo;une cr\u00eape traditionnelle. Pensez plut\u00f4t style \u00abAmerican pancake\u00bb.
