Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez les poissons sauvages aux poissons d&rsquo;\u00e9levage, les viandes maigres et les fruits et l\u00e9gumes cultiv\u00e9s biologiquement, ne mangez que des graisses issues des fruits ou des noix, consommez surtout de l&rsquo;eau et pas de caf\u00e9.<br>\nDe plus, nettoyer votre alimentation des glucides raffin\u00e9s, sera toujours un bonus pour votre sant\u00e9. Il vous faudra \u00e9galement renoncer aux aliments tout pr\u00eats qui vous font gagner tellement de temps et vous mettre \u00e0 cuisiner un minimum.<br>\nPar contre, ne vous privez pas compl\u00e8tement des l\u00e9gumineuses et c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, riches en fibres et en antioxydants,&nbsp; aux nombreux bienfaits que ne connaissaient pas les hommes des cavernes.
