La solution n&rsquo;est pas de trop baisser les calories.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Je fais un r\u00e9gime tr\u00e8s pauvre en calories pour perdre du poids<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis des si\u00e8cles nos caract\u00e9ristiques g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques ont peu \u00e9volu\u00e9, c&rsquo;est particuli\u00e8rement vrai en ce qui concerne la r\u00e9gulation de notre m\u00e9tabolisme. Si vous diminuez trop votre apport calorique (&lt; 1500 pour un homme de taille et poids moyen, &lt; 1200 pour une femme de taille et de poids moyen), au bout d&rsquo;une semaine, votre m\u00e9tabolisme va se ralentir au niveau de vos apports. A ce stade, si vous voulez<strong><a href=\"\/466-perdre-du-poids\"> continuer \u00e0 perdre du poids<\/a><\/strong> vous devrez alors r\u00e9duire encore votre apport calorique journalier et ainsi de suite \u2026 Au bout de 2 ou 3 semaines votre m\u00e9tabolisme sera tellement bas, la fatigue sera telle que vous serez oblig\u00e9 de manger davantage \u2026 et l\u00e0 vous reprendrez les kilos perdus ! C&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;on appelle commun\u00e9ment l&rsquo;effet yoyo.
