On entend bien souvent cette id\u00e9e re\u00e7ue et c&rsquo;est utile qu&rsquo;une \u00e9tude y soit consacr\u00e9e pour lever le doute.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une \u00e9tude contre cette id\u00e9e re\u00e7ue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On sait que les r\u00e9gimes fortement dos\u00e9s en prot\u00e9ines et faiblement dos\u00e9s en glucides sont <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/conseils\/programme-musculation-seche-perte-de-poids\/\"><strong>les plus efficaces pour la perte de poids<\/strong><\/a>. Mais de nombreux nutritionnistes s&rsquo;inqui\u00e8tent des dommages aux reins pouvant r\u00e9sulter d&rsquo;un apport \u00e9lev\u00e9 en prot\u00e9ines.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces r\u00e9gimes sont parfois accus\u00e9s d&rsquo;\u00eatre plus riches en mati\u00e8res grasses, d&rsquo;\u00eatre susceptible d\u2019entra\u00eener des carences nutritionnelles et d&rsquo;augmenter la charge sur les reins.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des chercheurs de l&rsquo;Indiana ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que chez les personnes en surpoids et en bonne sant\u00e9, les r\u00e9gimes alimentaires faibles en glucides ou riches en prot\u00e9ines n&rsquo;ont eu aucun effet sur la fonction r\u00e9nale au cours d&rsquo;une \u00e9tude qui a dur\u00e9 deux ans.
