C&rsquo;est bien s\u00fbr, \u00e0 cause de cette fameuse hormone bien connue des culturistes : le cortisol. Mais inversement, il n&rsquo;avait pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 prouv\u00e9 que la gestion du stress pouvait <a href=\"\/466-perdre-du-poids\" class=\"broken_link\">am\u00e9liorer la perte de poids<\/a>. Alors m\u00eame si tous les bodybuilders ne sont pas encore pr\u00eats \u00e0 se mettre au yoga, pour s\u00e9cher, c&rsquo;est une piste int\u00e9ressante \u00e0 explorer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La relaxation optimise la perte de poids pour les personnes suivant un r\u00e9gime. L&rsquo;\u00e9tude, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en Gr\u00e8ce, a port\u00e9 sur 34 femmes consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme ob\u00e8ses (IMC d&rsquo;environ 38) d&rsquo;un \u00e2ge moyen de 47 ans. Celles-ci ont \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9es en deux groupes, avec ou sans relaxation.<br> Suite \u00e0 une consultation individuelle, les sujets ont suivi un <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-alimentaire-perte-poids-femme\/\">r\u00e9gime alimentaire de perte de poids<\/a><\/strong> et une partie de ces sujets a suivi une initiation \u00e0 la relaxation. Ils ont appris la relaxation musculaire progressive et respiration diaphragmatique. Ensuite, ces femmes ont re\u00e7u, en accompagnement de leur r\u00e9gime, un CD de relaxation pour r\u00e9aliser deux s\u00e9ances par jour pendant 8 semaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Se relaxer pour mieux mincir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A la moiti\u00e9 du protocole et \u00e0 la fin des 8 semaines, on a contr\u00f4l\u00e9 les r\u00e9sulats. Il se trouve que la perte de poids enregistr\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 trois fois plus importante (4,44 kg) dans le groupe relaxation, par rapport au groupe t\u00e9moin (1,38 kg).\u00a0 Leur IMC a de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re vari\u00e9 du simple au triple.<br> Ce groupe a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 maitriser son comportement alimentaire irrationnel et notamment les compulsions alimentaires d&rsquo;ordre \u00e9motionnel en jeu dans la prise de poids.<br> Il s&rsquo;agit de pas prendre en compte seulement le\u00a0 r\u00e9gime mais aussi le bien-\u00eatre et le mental en int\u00e9grant la relaxation comme une \u00e9tape n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la <strong>perte de poids<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est un moyen d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer grandement les r\u00e9sultats de ce r\u00e9gime, sans autre intervention m\u00e9dicamenteuse ou autre contrainte.<br> <span style=\"font-size: x-small;\">E.
