Mais est-ce que cela marche vraiment ? D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s une \u00e9tude, men\u00e9e par le Dr Kevin Hall, du National Institutes of Health (NIH), il suffirait de r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;apport calorique de 24 calories par jour pour perdre environ 1kg sur 3 ans dont 50% la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e, sans rien faire de plus. Un r\u00e9sultat prometteur ? Sans doute !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Moins de calories, est-ce moins de kilos?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais, ne r\u00eavez pas ! C&rsquo;est compter sans les caprices de notre m\u00e9tabolisme et la facult\u00e9 d&rsquo;adaptation de notre corps\u2026 Les changements de notre r\u00e9gime sur notre m\u00e9tabolisme seraient tels, que la perte de poids envisag\u00e9e prendrait deux fois plus de temps que pr\u00e9vu.<br>D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s le Dr Hall, la<a href=\"\/132-perte-de-poids\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong> perte de poids<\/strong><\/a> suite \u00e0 un changement de l&rsquo;apport calorique est tr\u00e8s lente (et parfois m\u00eame, d\u00e9courageante !), selon la composition corporelle des individus, leur m\u00e9tabolisme basal, etc\u2026<br>Plus les kilos \u00e0 perdre sont nombreux, plus le temps n\u00e9cessaire pour y arriver sera long, et la p\u00e9riode de stabilisation sera aussi d\u00e9licate.<br>Patience, donc si on a beaucoup de poids \u00e0 perdre ! La strat\u00e9gie qui consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les calories est encore plus efficace, si on l&rsquo;accompagne d&rsquo;exercice physique qui est un autre moyen d&rsquo;augmenter la d\u00e9pense calorique et donc d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les r\u00e9sultats.
