L&rsquo;entrainement avec <strong>r\u00e9p\u00e9titions lentes qui garde le muscle sous tension plus longtemps<\/strong> serait bien plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fique. Pour bien mesurer la diff\u00e9rence, les athl\u00e8tes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis \u00e0 deux entrainements de type diff\u00e9rents sur chacune de leurs jambes. Sur une machine \u00e0 extension de jambes, ils ont travaill\u00e9 une jambe \u00e0 30% de leur charge maximum en faisant durer 6 secondes la phase concentrique et excentrique, en faisant 3 sets jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chec. Ils ont travaill\u00e9 l&rsquo;autre jambe normalement, avec le m\u00eame nombre de sets. Imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;entrainement, ils ont re\u00e7u une dose de 20 g de <strong>whey prot\u00e9ine<\/strong>&nbsp;et encore une autre dose 24h apr\u00e8s.
