Bien que nouvelle dans l&rsquo;organisation des s\u00e9ances, l&rsquo;interval training est bien connu depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es des pr\u00e9parateurs physiques et bodybuilders exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Tabata, une nouvelle m\u00e9thode : info ou intox ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/raisons-pratiquer-hiit\/\">l&rsquo;interval training<\/a><\/strong> a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 un moyen d&rsquo;\u00e9lever consid\u00e9rablement le m\u00e9tabolisme sans pour autant r\u00e9duire la masse musculaire (contrairement aux s\u00e9ances de cardio de 45 min \u00e0 1 heure). Rappelons \u00e0 ce titre qu&rsquo;une augmentation de 5 kg de masse musculaire chez une personne de 70 kg (8%) va augmenter de 20% sa consommation calorique journali\u00e8re tant \u00e0 l&rsquo;effort qu&rsquo;au repos ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2 mots 5 kg de masse musculaire pure reviendrait \u00e0 faire 35 min de course \u00e0 pied \u00e0 allure mod\u00e9r\u00e9e 4 jours par semaine pour bruler la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de graisse. De nombreux <a href=\"\/79-faire-une-seche\"><strong>bodybuilders en phase de s\u00e8che<\/strong><\/a> obtiennent d&rsquo;excellents r\u00e9sultats en ne faisant que 1 \u00e0 2 s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;interval training (ex : 10 min \u00e0 120 pulsations par minutes, 10 min \u00e0 160, 10 min \u00e0 120) par semaine !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"403\" src=\"\/conseils\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/tabata-training-intervals.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42145\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">la m\u00e9thode en d\u00e9tail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Maintenant que le principe est clair pour tous, d\u00e9taillons cette m\u00e9thode TABATA qui r\u00e9volutionne actuellement le monde du <strong>fitness et de la perte de poids.&nbsp;<\/strong>D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s son concepteur, seules 4 minutes par jour suffisent (comptez en fait 10 min avec l&rsquo;\u00e9chauffement n\u00e9cessaire et le retour au calme) mais attention ce type de cardiotraining n&rsquo;est pas conseill\u00e9 aux d\u00e9butants car l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 est tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9e !
