On connaissait d\u00e9j\u00e0 les bienfaits du th\u00e9 vert, mais l\u00e0, on&nbsp;a la preuve que \u00e7a marche pour <\/strong><a href=\"\/79-faire-une-seche\" class=\"broken_link\"><strong>perdre du poids<\/strong><\/a><strong>. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un effet br\u00fble-graisse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Certes l&rsquo;\u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en Chine et les Chinois sont s\u00fbrement de plus grands buveurs de th\u00e9 que nous. Mais cette \u00e9tude, randomis\u00e9e en double aveugle, analysant ses effets sur 104 adultes en surpoids, confirme toutefois l&rsquo;effet du th\u00e9 vert sur la perte de poids et la notamment la perte de gras autour de la taille. Elle porte sur la graisse sous-cutan\u00e9e ou visc\u00e9rale, la plus dangereuse pour la sant\u00e9, provoquant diab\u00e8te et maladies inflammatoires.<br> En comparant l&rsquo;effet d&rsquo;un placebo et de 500 ml de boisson au th\u00e9 vert sur 12 semaines, le groupe th\u00e9 vert a perdu de la graisse sous-cutan\u00e9e avec une diminution de 9,5 cm2 de la surface graisseuse. On a not\u00e9 \u00e9galement une baisse du poids corporel et du taux de masse grasse.
