Ceci lui&nbsp;laisse du temps psychologiquement et visuellement pour s&rsquo;adapter graduellement&nbsp;\u00e0 la nouvelle morphologie.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Une s\u00e8che&nbsp;trop rapide aboutit trop souvent \u00e0 faire du sur place par rapport \u00e0 la <strong>p\u00e9riode&nbsp;pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente de prise de masse. <\/strong>On a juste l&rsquo;impression d&rsquo;\u00eatre revenu au point&nbsp;de d\u00e9part. La perte de poids se fait en masse et densit\u00e9 musculaire, donc on a&nbsp;la <strong>sensation de perdre du muscle<\/strong>. Le but&nbsp;: baisser un maximum le taux de masse grasse sans d\u00e9grader de tissu musculaire. Id\u00e9alement il faut&nbsp;se donner quelques semaines (environ 3 semaines) sous ce format-l\u00e0 pour voir les effets, en fonction des gabarits.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e8s lors que&nbsp;l&rsquo;on marque un palier dans la perte de masse grasse, il va falloir encore durcir&nbsp;l&rsquo;alimentation pendant environ 3 semaines. Il est temps aussi d&rsquo;introduire progressivement les&nbsp;s\u00e9ances de cardio. Des formules de br\u00fbleurs de graisse ou <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/2651-programme-seche-extreme.html\">un programme de type S\u00e8che&nbsp;Extr\u00eame<\/a>,<\/strong> peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es simultan\u00e9ment avec cette phase pour accentuer&nbsp;le r\u00e9sultat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour autant, il ne faudra pas au plus vite chercher \u00e0 perdre un&nbsp;maximum de masse grasse.
