Nous recevons beaucoup de demandes au service coaching en ce moment pour savoir s\u2019il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019interrompre la prise cr\u00e9atine en \u00e9t\u00e9. &nbsp;Qu&rsquo;en est-il exactement ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faut-il choisir entre cr\u00e9atine et chaleur ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette question vient vraisemblablement d\u2019une confusion fr\u00e9quente sur le fait que la cr\u00e9atine engendre une r\u00e9tention d\u2019eau.
