Un plat riche en prot\u00e9ines (39g par portion!!) &nbsp;et limit\u00e9 en graisses et sucres, en faisant l&rsquo;impasse sur les mati\u00e8res grasses et les sucres de la recette originale. Avec plein d&rsquo;\u00e9pices pour donner du go\u00fbt, on oublie presque que c&rsquo;est une <\/strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/nutrition\/recettes\/\"><strong>recette&nbsp;light<\/strong><\/a><strong>&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Les ingr\u00e9dients pour un poulet ananas r\u00e9ussi <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>4 personnes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>800 g de blanc de poulet d\u00e9soss\u00e9 coup\u00e9s en cubes<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour la marinade :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1 blanc d\u2019\u0153uf<\/li><li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sauce soja all\u00e9g\u00e9e en sel<\/li><li>2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre de riz ou de xer\u00e8s<\/li><li>200 ml de Jus d\u2019ananas sans sucre ajout\u00e9<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pour la sauce :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sauce soja all\u00e9ge\u00e9e<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre de riz<\/li><li>3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de bouillon de poulet<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same grill\u00e9<\/li><li>1 gousse d&rsquo;ail ou une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;ail en poudre<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de gingembre en poudre<\/li><li>1&nbsp;pinc\u00e9e de piment en poudre ou un petit morceau de piment frais<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de ma\u00efzena<\/li><li>6 cebettes ou jeunes oignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Et aussi pour la cuisson et le service<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A\u00e9rosol de cuisson antiadh\u00e9sif (pam)<\/li><li>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de graines de s\u00e9same<\/li><li>Quelques brins de coriandre fra\u00eeche ou basilic thai<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Pr\u00e9paration de la recette du poulet ananas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Commencez par pr\u00e9parer la marinade&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>M\u00e9langer le blanc d\u2019\u0153uf, la sauce soja et le vinaigre de riz dans un saladier avec un fouet, ajouter le poulet en cubes, bien m\u00e9langer et laisser reposer au frais recouvert d\u2019un film plastique, minimum 40 mn &nbsp;ou jusqu&rsquo;au lendemain si vous le pr\u00e9parez d&rsquo;avance.<\/li><li>Chauffer \u00e0 la casserole le jus d\u2019ananas jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9bullition, et laisser mijoter quelques minutes jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il r\u00e9duise et \u00e9paississe. <\/li><li>Laisser refroidir puis m\u00e9langer \u00e0 ce jus r\u00e9duit, la sauce soja, le vinaigre de riz, le bouillon de poulet pr\u00e9alablement pr\u00e9par\u00e9, l&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same, des \u00e9pices : ail, gingembre, piment et ma\u00efzena au fouet jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne et un peu \u00e9pais et r\u00e9servez de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li><li>Passez un <strong>spray pam<\/strong> sur une po\u00eale bien chaude et faites dorer les morceaux de poulet quelques minutes sur chaque face, ajoutez ensuite le reste de la marinade liquide. Pendant la derni\u00e8re minute de cuisson, versez la sauce pr\u00e9par\u00e9e plus t\u00f4t. <\/li><li>Au dernier moment, ajouter les jeunes oignons finement \u00e9minc\u00e9s, puis saupoudrer g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement de coriandre et de graines de s\u00e9same juste avant de servir. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\n\nQuestion subsidiaire pour ceux qui suivent : mais o\u00f9 est-donc pass\u00e9 l&rsquo;ananas ?
