C&rsquo;est corrig\u00e9 d\u00e9sormais avec cette \u00e9tude. La carnitine est r\u00e9put\u00e9e pour transformer les lipides en \u00e9nergie et permet d&rsquo;atteindre les objectifs en termes de force et de performance physique.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Booster les performances<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Des \u00e9tudes plus anciennes avaient d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que ce suppl\u00e9ment augmentait la quantit\u00e9 de r\u00e9cepteurs androg\u00e9niques dans les muscles aux quels se lie la testost\u00e9rone.<br>\nUne \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente publi\u00e9e dans le journal of Physiology a montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;en associant carnitine et glucides, les performances des athl\u00e8tes augmentent. Leur production de lactate \u00e9tait significativement plus faible et ils br\u00fblaient moins de glycog\u00e8ne au cours de l&rsquo;exercice. La prise de <a href=\"\/401-l-carnitine\"><b>carnitine<\/b><\/a> (2g) + glucides (80g) a eu pour effet d&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser le glycog\u00e8ne musculaire de 55%, de r\u00e9duire la production de lactate de 44%.
