Non, ViPR veut dire : Vitalit\u00e9 Performance et Reconditionnement, c&rsquo;est un accessoire associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une technique d&rsquo;entrainement par intervalles de haute intensit\u00e9, avec des mouvements complexes, faisant travailler plusieurs groupes musculaires en m\u00eame temps.<br>\nCet accessoire est un gros tube color\u00e9 en caoutchouc d&rsquo;1 m de haut qui peut \u00eatre lest\u00e9 de 4 \u00e0 20 kg ; il poss\u00e8de une bonne prise en mains gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses poign\u00e9es.
