Ce qui explique que les pratiquants de musculation soient concern\u00e9s. Certains experts de la sant\u00e9 ont sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 que les personnes d\u00e9ficientes en vitamines devraient consommer 1000 \u00e0 2000 unit\u00e9s internationales de suppl\u00e9ments de vitamine D par jour.
