Autant d&rsquo;aliments qui sont peu fr\u00e9quemment au menu si vous avez un objectif de muscle sec, voire pas du tout, si vous \u00eates vegan.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Synth\u00e9tiser la vitamine D<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous en manquerez \u00e9galement si vous habituez une r\u00e9gion peu ensoleill\u00e9e, ou si vous \u00eates sensible au soleil et \u00e9vitez l&rsquo;exposition. En effet, <strong>la peau synth\u00e9tise cette vitamine<\/strong> au contact des rayons UVB du soleil. Mais aussi si vous avez plus de 40 ans, car la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 synth\u00e9tiser&nbsp; la vitamine D diminue avec l&rsquo;\u00e2ge. C&rsquo;est vrai aussi, si vous \u00e9vitez de montrer votre peau\u2026 Autant de facteurs qui pr\u00e9disposent aux carences, surtout s&rsquo;ils sont cumul\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Faut-il choisir entre la peau ou les os ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Faut-il choisir entre exposition au soleil et vieillissement de la peau. Eviter le risque de cancer expose t-il \u00e0 la d\u00e9gradation des os et l&rsquo;ost\u00e9oporose ?<br>Le plus simple est de s&rsquo;exposer entre 10 et 15 mn au minimum aux alentours de midi, 3 fois par semaine, tout en se suppl\u00e9mentant de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9guli\u00e8re plut\u00f4t qu&rsquo;en prenant de fortes monodoses, celles-ci n&rsquo;ayant pas d&rsquo;effet sur le long terme.<br>La difficult\u00e9 \u00e9tant de savoir combien la peau est capable de m\u00e9taboliser par rapport \u00e0 la dose quotidienne recommand\u00e9e, ce qui d\u00e9pend du type de peau et de la latitude o\u00f9 vous vivez. Mieux vaut dans ce cas utiliser des suppl\u00e9ments, car l&rsquo;augmentation de force musculaire est prouv\u00e9e.
