Mais alors, comment potentialiser ses effets si on ne peut, ni augmenter sa production, ni en prendre de mani\u00e8re exog\u00e8ne ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Comment agit l&rsquo;insuline ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Faisons un rapide r\u00e9sum\u00e9 du mode d\u2019action de cette hormone avant d\u2019approfondir le sujet. Lorsque vous mangez, l\u2019organisme va s\u00e9cr\u00e9ter de l\u2019insuline pour faire baisser le taux de sucre dans le sang issu de la digestion. La glyc\u00e9mie doit en effet rester stable, car un exc\u00e8s de sucre dans le sang va nuire aux vaisseaux sanguins (en les bouchant) et d\u00e9t\u00e9riorer tous les organes en appauvrissant la distribution de tous les nutriments, oxyg\u00e8ne, hormones et autres composants vitaux v\u00e9hicul\u00e9es par le sang. L\u2019insuline va ouvrir des r\u00e9cepteurs situ\u00e9s dans le foie et les muscles, ces r\u00e9cepteurs ayant pour fonction de capturer le glucose qui, associ\u00e9 avec l\u2019eau va constituer le glycog\u00e8ne stock\u00e9 dans le foie et les muscles. Par cette action, seront aussi achemin\u00e9s et stock\u00e9s les acides amin\u00e9s dans les muscles, induisant une r\u00e9tention de l\u2019azote elle-m\u00eame responsable de la <strong>croissance du tissu musculaire<\/strong>. C\u2019est en ce sens que l\u2019insuline est une grande b\u00e2tisseuse de <strong>masse musculaire<\/strong> mais \u00e9galement de masse grasse lorsque les pics de s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion sont trop \u00e9lev\u00e9s et trop rapproch\u00e9s (consommation de glucides trop importante).<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Comment potentialiser les effets de l&rsquo;insuline ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme nous l\u2019avons vu pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, il n\u2019est pas pertinent de modifier la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de l\u2019insuline mais il est sans danger pour la sant\u00e9 et pour la prise de masse grasse d\u2019augmenter la sensibilit\u00e9 des r\u00e9cepteurs musculaires \u00e0 l\u2019insuline et ainsi d\u2019augmenter le stockage du glucose et des <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/3-bcaa-acides-amines-essentiels\">acides amin\u00e9s<\/a><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/3-bcaa-acides-amines-essentiels\"> <\/a>dans les muscles. En am\u00e9liorant la sensibilit\u00e9 de ces r\u00e9cepteurs, il est donc possible d\u2019augmenter de mani\u00e8re significative la <strong>masse musculaire s\u00e8che<\/strong>. Comme il existe des <strong>stimulants hormonaux&nbsp;<\/strong>optimisateurs&nbsp;de testost\u00e9rone et de GH, certains acides amin\u00e9s, \u00e9l\u00e9ments traces et certaines plantes ont la facult\u00e9 d\u2019am\u00e9liorer cette sensibilit\u00e9 membranaire.
