Cependant le taux de sucre dans le sang chute apr\u00e8s la prise de caf\u00e9ine, et dans les 90 \u00e0 150 mn qui suivent, la fatigue, l&rsquo;hostilit\u00e9 et la confusion augmentent. Ils ont remarqu\u00e9 que prise de caf\u00e9ine avec du yaourt limite ces effets n\u00e9gatifs et la baisse de vigilance.<br>\nLes athl\u00e8tes peuvent ainsi prendre de 3 \u00e0 6 mg de caf\u00e9ine par Kg de poids de corps avec un yaourt \u00e0 boire, 30mn avant l&rsquo;entrainement pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier pleinement des bons effets de la caf\u00e9ine.
