Ce fameux gras dont vous aurez du mal \u00e0 vous d\u00e9barrasser si vous&nbsp;vous pr\u00e9occupez de votre s\u00e8che au dernier moment. Alors qu&rsquo;en essayant d&rsquo;\u00eatre pr\u00eat toute l\u2019ann\u00e9e, vous n&rsquo;aurez pas de stress avant de vous mettre torse nu sur la plage&nbsp;!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Entra\u00eenement pour rester sec<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-quote is-\">\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__quote\">\n    <blockquote>Favoriser la croissance musculaire<\/blockquote>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">\n\nA la salle de gym , d&rsquo;abord, concentrez-vous toujours sur les mouvements essentiels et les exercices polyarticulaires. Il s&rsquo;agit du d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 couch\u00e9, soulev\u00e9 de terre, squats, pompes, tirages\u2026 Ces exercices ont l\u2019avantage de solliciter tout le corps. Ils favorisent la croissance musculaire car on peut se permettre d&rsquo;utiliser des charges lourdes. Les exercices d\u2019isolation sont inutiles \u00e0 ce niveau-l\u00e0 car ils ne vont pas vous aider \u00e0 rester sec. \n\n<\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Des mouvements compos\u00e9s et de grands groupes musculaires sont la cl\u00e9 pour prendre de la masse maigre et <strong><a href=\"\/56-bruleurs-de-graisse\">br\u00fbler les calories<\/a><\/strong> superflues. Le fait d\u2019ajouter du cardio en alternance un jour sur deux permet encore de chasser quelques calories. Vous allez donc naturellement diminuer votre pourcentage de masse grasse. Pour le cardio, si vous le faites en fin de s\u00e9ance, n\u2019en faites pas trop (il doit repr\u00e9senter \u00e0 peine le quart de votre s\u00e9ance ou de votre entrainement total de la semaine). Faites plut\u00f4t par exemple, du rameur ou du tapis inclin\u00e9, \u00e0 faible intensit\u00e9 pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer de votre entrainement de la veille. &nbsp;C\u2019est la musculation qui est souveraine pour chasser les graisses, bien plus que le cardio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u2019oubliez pas non plus que vos muscles se construisent pendant le repos et pas pendant la s\u00e9ance de sport. Accordez-vous des temps de repos suffisants entre les exercices, entre les s\u00e9ances et dormez 8h par nuit.
