Si vous faites partie de ceux qui s\u2019\u00e9puisent \u00e0 ingurgiter beaucoup de prot\u00e9ines, lisez ce qui suit\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prendre des kilos de prot\u00e9ines, c\u2019est bien, mais la prendre au bon moment, c\u2019est mieux.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente pourrait montrer que c\u2019est le soir au coucher qu\u2019elle est le plus efficace.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Pourquoi prendre de la prot\u00e9ine au coucher ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Prendre beaucoup de prot\u00e9ines ne construit pas beaucoup de muscle, car c\u2019est la combinaison entrainement + nutrition qui booste la <strong><a href=\"\/74-prendre-du-muscle-sec\">croissance musculaire<\/a><\/strong>. C\u2019est pourquoi la plupart des \u00e9tudes \u00e0 ce sujet ont mis en \u00e9vidence que la r\u00e9partition des prot\u00e9ines en doses de 20 \u00e0 25g, au cours des repas de la journ\u00e9e est efficace pour la <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-musculation-prise-masse-seche\/\">prise de muscle<\/a><\/strong>. Cela semble, a priori, compter bien plus que la nuit o\u00f9 le corps se met au repos et n\u2019a -en th\u00e9orie- besoin de rien.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-quote is-\">\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__quote\">\n    <blockquote>Les hormones s&rsquo;activent la nuit<\/blockquote>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"> Dire cela, c\u2019est oublier que les hormones sont en pleine action la nuit pendant que le corps se repose, c\u2019est donc, au contraire, le soir qu\u2019il faudrait prendre <strong><a href=\"\/4-proteines\">une bonne dose de prot\u00e9ines<\/a><\/strong>, pour que la synth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines soit optimale. <\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s les chercheurs dirig\u00e9s par Luc van Loon de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Maastricht aux Pays-Bas, la synth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines serait <strong>plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e de 22% durant la nuit<\/strong>, si on prend de la prot\u00e9ine au coucher. Mesur\u00e9es successivement et cumul\u00e9s lors de divers exercices&nbsp; (presse \u00e0 jambes, leg extension, presse \u00e0 pecs, presse \u00e0 \u00e9paules, tirage vertical, rowing horizontal).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces sujets avaient l\u2019habitude de consommer des quantit\u00e9s importantes de prot\u00e9ines dans leur <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/nutrition\/programmes-alimentaires\/\">r\u00e9gime alimentaire<\/a><\/strong> (environ 1,3 g\/ kg de poids de corps) dont une collation de 10g de prot\u00e9ines juste apr\u00e8s l\u2019entrainement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>La collation avant d\u2019aller au lit apporte un vrai bonus et ne fait pas que corriger une carence \u00e9ventuelle<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>La dose du soir, pour avoir un effet significatif, devra donc aller plus loin qu\u2019un simple verre de lait qui ne repr\u00e9sente au final que 8 g de prot\u00e9ines. Il faut approcher les 20g par collation pour que ce soit significatif. L\u2019important est la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9partition des doses, m\u00eame si cette dose du soir est plus importante que jamais, les jours d\u2019entrainement.
