C\u2019est ce que semble d\u00e9montrer une nouvelle \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par des chercheurs de Ta\u00efwan, comparant divers r\u00e9gimes, une douzaine au total. Les r\u00e9sultats en termes de <strong><a href=\"\/132-perte-de-poids\">perte de poids<\/a><\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plus spectaculaires avec un r\u00e9gime v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien sur plusieurs semaines, que les r\u00e9gimes \u00e0 base de viande. <\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-quote is-\">\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__quote\">\n    <blockquote>Les fibres am\u00e9liorent la digestion<\/blockquote>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">\n\nLa cause, selon le Dr Huang, en serait les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales compl\u00e8tes et les l\u00e9gumineuses, dont le faible IG n\u2019affole pas le taux de glyc\u00e9mie et les l\u00e9gumes dont les fibres am\u00e9liorent la digestion, tout en retardant le passage des aliments dans l\u2019intestin, favorisant l\u2019assimilation des nutriments.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-push-product\">\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Un ratio parfait de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__product\">\n      <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019avantage de ce r\u00e9gime est que vous n\u2019\u00eates pas oblig\u00e9 de le suivre pour toujours, mais quelques semaines sans viande, vous permettraient de perdre du poids plus vite. Certains conservent m\u00eame des prot\u00e9ines animales comme le lait et les \u0153ufs, mais il faut savoir que ceux qui \u00e9liminent toute sorte de prot\u00e9ines animales pour se concentrer sur les <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/427-proteines-vegetales\">prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales<\/a><\/strong>, perdent davantage de poids. Ce n\u2019est pas n\u00e9gligeable car cette perte de poids suppl\u00e9mentaire peut d\u00e9passer les deux kg !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conserver sa masse maigre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ensemble des r\u00e9gimes examin\u00e9s avait mis en \u00e9vidence que le r\u00e9gime v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien avait permis de perdre en moyenne 2,02 kg environ de plus que les r\u00e9gimes normaux \u00e0 base de viande, mais si on les divise en deux sous-groupes : les v\u00e9g\u00e9taliens ont, quant \u00e0 eux, perdu 2.52 kg de plus que ceux soumis au r\u00e9gime viande, alors que les v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens ayant consomm\u00e9 des \u0153ufs et des produits laitiers ont perdu 1,48 kg de plus que les r\u00e9gimes traditionnels\u2026 En Inde, par exemple, la plupart sont v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens et, s&rsquo;il y a peu d&rsquo;ob\u00e8ses parmi la population, il n&rsquo;y a pas non plus beaucoup de physiques tr\u00e8s muscl\u00e9s.&nbsp;L&rsquo;\u00e9tude ne donne toutefois pas la nature du poids perdu et s&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de graisse avant tout et non de muscle&#8230;&nbsp;dans le doute, ce n&rsquo;est pas&nbsp;forc\u00e9ment une tr\u00e8s bonne raison de passer au tout l\u00e9gumes, si vous souhaitez garder votre masse maigre !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Photo Shutterstock.com\/Foodpictures<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ce serait la fin des r\u00e9gimes hyperprot\u00e9\u00efn\u00e9s tant d\u00e9cri\u00e9s ?
