Mais la faim est un signal n\u00e9cessaire du corps humain qui pr\u00e9vient quand les niveaux d\u2019\u00e9nergie sont trop bas. Supprimer la faim sans cr\u00e9er de frustration fait l\u2019objet de nombreuses \u00e9tudes \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019une solution pouvant lutter contre l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9. &nbsp;Des chercheurs \u00e9cossais, am\u00e9ricains et d\u2019autres pays se sont joints pour \u00e9tudier le processus de la faim dans le cerveau.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tout passe par un seul g\u00e8ne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une exp\u00e9rience r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur des souris a montr\u00e9 que le signal de la faim passe par une substance chimique, se servant des cellules nerveuses AgRP par un circuit neuronal compliqu\u00e9, pour ouvrir l\u2019app\u00e9tit en bloquant la sati\u00e9t\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s le repas au contraire, une autre susbstance chimique POMC red\u00e9clenche la sati\u00e9t\u00e9. Dans les deux cas, le signal passe par le m\u00eame r\u00e9cepteur, le<strong> MC4R<\/strong> (melanocortin-4-receptor) qui est donc impliqu\u00e9 dans l\u2019effet coupe-faim et contr\u00f4le le comportement alimentaire. &nbsp;Les chercheurs ont pu remarquer en bloquant les r\u00e9cepteurs MC4R, que les souris, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s avoir mang\u00e9 une ration journali\u00e8re se jetaient sur la nourriture. Au contraire, les souris \u00e0 jeun et en th\u00e9orie affam\u00e9es, n\u2019ont pas eu envie de manger, si au contraire on d\u00e9bloquait ce r\u00e9cepteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cerveau, on le savait, est donc le si\u00e8ge de la sati\u00e9t\u00e9 et la nouveaut\u00e9 c\u2019est que la d\u00e9couverte de ce circuit peut supprimer la sensation de faim ressentie de fa\u00e7on intempestive et parfois m\u00eame douloureuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019homme, cette recherche pourrait offrir de nouveaux horizons pour l\u2019industrie de la perte de poids, en trouvant le <strong><a href=\"\/56-bruleurs-de-graisse\">br\u00fbleur de graisses<\/a> <\/strong>qui fait maigrir en douceur et sans douleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est la preuve qu\u2019on peut agir directement au c\u0153ur du cerveau et plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans l\u2019hypothalamus pour bloquer&nbsp;la faim et emp\u00eacher de manger plus que n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais le cerveau humain est peut-\u00eatre un peu plus complexe que celui des souris de ce point de vue, car il comprend une part d\u2019envie, de plaisir et de go\u00fbt pour les bonnes choses, qui risque de court-circuiter une simple activation neuronale, capable de susciter un bien-\u00eatre ressemblant \u00e0 la sati\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><strong>Sources <\/strong>: Alastair S Garfield, Chia Li, Joseph C Madara, Bhavik P Shah, Emily Webber, Jennifer S Steger, John N Campbell, Oksana Gavrilova, Charlotte E Lee, David P Olson, Joel K Elmquist, Bakhos A Tannous, Michael J Krashes, Bradford B Lowell.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/nn.4011\">A neural basis for melanocortin-4 receptor\u2013regulated appetite<\/a>.&nbsp;Nature Neuroscience, 2015; DOI:10.1038\/nn.4011.
