Qui n&rsquo;en veut pas ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C&rsquo;est un peu tard pour cet \u00e9t\u00e9, n&rsquo;est-ce-pas, jeune homme&#8230; Quoique, si vous ne partez pas de z\u00e9ro, et avez r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 la salle, vous pouvez toutefois vous concentrer sur les petits muscles qui vont faire la diff\u00e9rence.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oui, on l&rsquo;a dit et r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9, le travail des grands groupes musculaires reste une valeur s\u00fbre pour <a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-musculation-prise-masse\/\">prendre de la masse musculaire.<\/a>&nbsp;Mais&nbsp;il faut aussi penser pour une fois \u00e0 fignoler les d\u00e9tails et cibler des muscles plus petits. Cela peut \u00eatre utile pour tricher un peu et gagner en \u00ab\u00a0volume\u00a0\u00bb localis\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Cibler les bras<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les triceps, par exemple sont compos\u00e9s de trois parties. Pour progresser&nbsp;sur l&rsquo;apparence des triceps, il faut se concentrer sur les <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/exercices-musculation\/bras\/triceps\/\">exercices pour les triceps<\/a><\/strong> de type dips ou les extensions verticales de triceps avec halt\u00e8res.
