Au terme des 16 semaines qu\u2019a dur\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9tude, les chercheurs ont relev\u00e9 que les sujets avaient p\u00e9dal\u00e9 en moyenne 50 mn par jour. Bien entendu, les sujets \u00e9taient incit\u00e9s trois fois par semaine \u00e0 le faire r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Les personnes de cette \u00e9tude ont choisi de conserver leur p\u00e9dalier au terme de l\u2019\u00e9tude, ce qui prouve bien que l\u2019occasion fait le larron <strong>en terme de motivation pour bouger<\/strong>. Cette exp\u00e9rience alliait la facilit\u00e9 et la discr\u00e9tion&nbsp;: pas besoin d\u2019\u00eatre sportif et il \u00e9tait possible de p\u00e9daler \u00e0 tout moment pendant qu\u2019on vaquait \u00e0 ses occupations quotidiennes. Les chercheurs ont toutefois not\u00e9 \u00e9galement l\u2019<strong>am\u00e9lioration de la sant\u00e9<\/strong> avec \u00e0 la cl\u00e9 <strong><a href=\"\/466-perdre-du-poids\">perte de poids<\/a><\/strong> et <strong>diminution des risques cardiaques<\/strong>, avec en prime une meilleure motivation au travail et une meilleure concentration. Cela prouve que l\u2019<strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/programme-musculation-fitness\/\">exercice physique<\/a><\/strong> est doublement b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la sant\u00e9 et le moral et favorise m\u00eame le rendement.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Vers une solution plus \u00e9colo ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les chefs d&rsquo;entreprise&nbsp;n\u2019ont plus qu\u2019\u00e0 suivre cet exemple, en \u00e9quipant un maximum de bureaux, pour rendre leurs salari\u00e9s&nbsp;plus heureux et moins souvent absents, sans craindre de les d\u00e9concentrer. L\u2019histoire ne dit pas s\u2019ils envisagent \u00e9galement de faire produire \u00e0 leurs employ\u00e9s leur propre \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour alimenter leurs ordinateurs en p\u00e9dalant \u00e0 un bon rythme.
