En effet, une collation dans la matin\u00e9e et une dans l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi vous permettront de compenser la sensation de faim induite par la restriction calorique.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous attendez toute la matin\u00e9e la faim au ventre votre d\u00e9jeuner, il y a fort \u00e0 parier que vous allez vous jeter sur la nourriture et d\u00e9passer la ration que vous devriez prendre au moment des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/136-plats-cuisines\">repas<\/a> principaux (seuil de sati\u00e9t\u00e9 repouss\u00e9) ! Afin de palier \u00e0 ces fringales, v\u00e9ritables ennemies de votre perte de poids, r\u00e9partissez votre apport calorique journalier en 3 repas et 2 collations. Le go\u00fbter et la collation de 10H ne sont donc pas interdits, mais au contraire vivement conseill\u00e9es pour r\u00e9partir au mieux l&rsquo;apport calorique sur la journ\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Miser sur la qualit\u00e9 <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Attention \u00e0 bien choisir la qualit\u00e9 de vos collations avec de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence des sucres complexes et des prot\u00e9ines, plut\u00f4t que des sucres rapides, car ce qui compte c&rsquo;est les calories totales de votre journ\u00e9e que vous allez d\u00e9penser au fur et \u00e0 mesure. Evitez toutefois les collations du soir si votre objectif est de s\u00e9cher.
