Faites le d&rsquo;abord saisir, pour qu&rsquo;il dore, puis laissez le cuire \u00e0 feu doux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9coupez en tranches avant de servir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"has-number\">Gratin de courgettes tomates et ch\u00e8vre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4 petites courgettes<\/li><li>3-4 tomates<\/li><li>1 oignon<\/li><li>1 gousse d\u2019ail<\/li><li>1 \u0153uf<\/li><li>20 cl de cr\u00e8me 4%<\/li><li>\u00bd buche de ch\u00e8vre<\/li><li>Gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le gratin, faire revenir les courgettes, les tomates, l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail dans une po\u00eale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une fois les courgettes devenues l\u00e9g\u00e8rement translucides, m\u00e9langer l\u2019\u0153uf, la cr\u00e8me et la ch\u00e8vre, puis ajouter le m\u00e9lange dans la po\u00eale avec les l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Placer le tout dans un plat \u00e0 gratin, disposer le gruy\u00e8re r\u00e2p\u00e9 et des aromates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mettre le gratin au four pendant
