Le tout pour moins de 3$ par repas,\u00a0et le plein de nutriments pour chacun :92 g d&rsquo;hydrates de carbone, 74g de prot\u00e9ines et seulement 10g de graisses pour une moyenne de 740 calories. Le pied pour\u00a0r\u00e9aliser\u00a0vos repas en\u00a0bodybuilding sans prise de t\u00eate, avec une semaine d&rsquo;avance !<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Une pr\u00e9paration super simple<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Disposer dans un grand plat tous vos blancs de poulet<\/li><li>Ajouter l&rsquo;oignon et le poivron tranch\u00e9 par dessus, ce qui va aromatiser le tout<\/li><li>Passer au four \u00e0 180\u00b0 pendant 20 mn.
