Selon lui, lorsqu\u2019on d\u00e9bute le potentiel est \u00e0 son maximum. Un d\u00e9butant peut esp\u00e9rer <strong>gagner entre 9 et 11 kg de muscles la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e<\/strong>, ensuite, par rapport \u00e0 sa masse musculaire d\u00e9j\u00e0 acquise le potentiel baisse&nbsp;: il s\u2019agit de 4,5 \u00e0 5,5 kg la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, entre 2 et 2,5 kg la troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e en ensuite \u00e0 partir de la quatri\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, \u00e0 peine de 1 \u00e0 1,5 kg. Le d\u00e9butant peut esp\u00e9rer gagner de 1 \u00e0 1,5% du poids total du corps chaque mois, ce qui correspond, pour un homme de 75 kg \u00e0 un gain qui se situe entre 0,75 et 1,5 kg par mois, soit un total de <strong>9 \u00e0 18kg sur une ann\u00e9e<\/strong>. La deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, \u00e0 supposer qu\u2019il ait gagn\u00e9 10kg, il peut esp\u00e9rer prendre entre 0,5 et 1% de son poids de corps, ce qui repr\u00e9sente un gain possible de 5 \u00e0 10kg. Il a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 cette formule en observant un grand nombre de comp\u00e9titeurs.Il s\u2019agit de la taille (en cm) -100 = le poids maximum possible en kg en concours (max 5% de taux de graisse).&nbsp;Ce calcul vous donne les limites de votre objectif de gain de muscle une fois le pourcentage de gras d\u00e9duit. Par exemple pour un homme d\u20191,76 m, cela donne un poids de 76 kg avec 10% de pourcentage de graisse, qui tombe \u00e0 72,5kg en comp\u00e9tition (5%) et une masse musculaire totale de 68,5 kg.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Les facteurs qui d\u00e9terminent votre potentiel musculaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Votre pratique de la musculation<br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous d\u00e9butez, votre marge de progression sera plus importante et plus rapide que si vous avez d\u00e9j\u00e0 plusieurs ann\u00e9es de musculation derri\u00e8re vous (ce qui correspond aux formules ci-dessus). Il est cependant n\u00e9cessaire de trouver la fa\u00e7on de vous entrainer qui donnera les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Votre alimentation<br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Votre entrainement, et aussi la fa\u00e7on de vous alimenter d\u00e9terminent votre environnement hormonal et vos <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/\">niveaux de testost\u00e9rone<\/a><\/strong>, de GH (hormone de croissance) ou bien d\u2019insuline.
