(charge max = 1RM)<\/li><li>Le <strong>volume<\/strong> est un m\u00e9lange de nombre de reps et de sets multipli\u00e9 par la charge. Si vous pouvez augmenter le nombre de reps, ou de s\u00e9ries, mais pas votre charge, vous progressez en volume d\u2019entrainement, parce que globalement vous en faites \u00ab&nbsp;plus&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 d\u00e9signe aussi en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral l&rsquo;augmentation globale de&nbsp;l&rsquo;entrainement. Vous pouvez combiner certains de ces deux facteurs, mais pas les trois en m\u00eame temps. Par exemple si la charge est trop \u00e9lev\u00e9e, vous ne pourrez pas faire un grand nombre de reps, ni vous entrainer fr\u00e9quemment.
