Leur faible valeur nutritionnelle et leur haute teneur en glucides les disqualifient aux yeux des nutritionnistes, mais les p\u00e2tes restent pourtant un aliment plaisir et c\u2019est pour cela que de nombreux industriels ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi \u00e0 la question.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Miser sur les l\u00e9gumes <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ils ont essay\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9laborer des p\u00e2tes \u00e0 base de l\u00e9gumes frais \u00e9minc\u00e9s qui ressemblent \u00e0 des p\u00e2tes, se cuisent comme des p\u00e2tes, mais n\u2019en sont pas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La patate douce \u00e9tant parmi les aliments dont les ventes augmentent, cela confirme la tendance de cette recherche d\u2019aliments peu caloriques et plus riches en nutriments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans de grandes surfaces comme&nbsp;Marks &amp; Spencer, on peut d\u00e9j\u00e0 trouver d\u00e9j\u00e0 bon nombre de p\u00e2tes de l\u00e9gumes en lamelles emball\u00e9s en barquette \u00e0 base de spaghettis de carottes, de pennes de courgettes, ou encore de la semoule de chou fleur, ce qui constitue une alternative int\u00e9ressante pour toute personne surveillant l\u2019aiguille de sa balance ou d\u00e9sirant manger plus sainement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Est-ce une passade ou est-ce que cet engouement pour les l\u00e9gumes va perdurer&nbsp;? &nbsp;Les industriels fabriquant les p\u00e2tes et le riz se tournent vers des formes compl\u00e8tes ou mixtes m\u00e9langeant bl\u00e9 et l\u00e9gumes ou proposent d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u2019autres types de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales plus nutritionnellement correctes comme le quinoa, le millet\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il ne faut toutefois pas les confondre avec des p\u00e2tes color\u00e9es, tr\u00e8s \u00e0 la mode qui contiennent toujours une grande majorit\u00e9 de bl\u00e9 et ne sont pas si bonnes pour la sant\u00e9. Pour que l\u2019all\u00e9gation sant\u00e9 soit recevable, il faudrait que ces produits contiennent pr\u00e8s de 40% de l\u00e9gumes au final, comme c\u2019est d\u00e9j\u00e0 le cas en Norv\u00e8ge.
