L\u2019\u00e9quipe de Christian Raeder, chercheur \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de la Ruhr en Allemagne, a constat\u00e9 que la fatigue neuro musculaire \u00e9tait \u00e9vidente pendant au moins 48 heures apr\u00e8s un <a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/exercices-musculation\/jambes\/quadriceps\/\">entra\u00eenement de squat<\/a>. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Apr\u00e8s les squats, \u00e7a pique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les jeunes hommes de l\u2019\u00e9tude ont effectu\u00e9 quatre s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement intenses avec des types de squat diff\u00e9rents: squats traditionnels, squats excentriques, flywheel squats (squats lest\u00e9s), et des squats en pliom\u00e9trie avec sauts. M\u00eame si la&nbsp;charge m\u00e9tabolique imm\u00e9diate \u00e9tait plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e durant les squats lest\u00e9s et les squats excentriques, tous les programmes causent <strong>une fatigue neuromusculaire qui perdure pendant au moins 48 heures<\/strong> apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;exercice, tel que mesur\u00e9 par plusieurs tests de saut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La force isom\u00e9trique maximale a diminu\u00e9 pour la journ\u00e9e mais a \u00e9t\u00e9 recup\u00e9r\u00e9e apr\u00e8s. La le\u00e7on pour les athl\u00e8tes de puissance est de ne pas faire des squats avec charges lourdes de fa\u00e7on trop rapproch\u00e9e et surtout pas dans les jours qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8dent la comp\u00e9tition.
