A 24 ans, il a d\u00e9j\u00e0 particip\u00e9 \u00e0 Musclemania\u00a0\u00a0Paris o\u00f9 il a remport\u00e9 la tr\u00e8s prometteuse 2\u00b0 place en cat\u00e9gorie Men&rsquo;s physique. Entre les deux, Yoann a gagn\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 20 kg, en r\u00e9unissant les conditions pour faire de la masse propre, alternant prise de masse et phase de s\u00e8che. L&rsquo;\u00e9tape suivante c&rsquo;est de gagner encore en densit\u00e9 afin de se pr\u00e9senter aux Championnats de France IFBB et de viser le podium. Pour l&rsquo;instant, il est en pleine pr\u00e9paration pour \u00eatre au top dans quelques mois. Voici en exclusivit\u00e9 son interview pour Fitadium !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Son interview en exclusivit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#1. Bonjour Yoann,peux-tu te pr\u00e9senter en quelques lignes?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai 24 ans, <strong>je mesure 1m80 et p\u00e8se actuellement 98 kg<\/strong>. Je suis l\u2019heureux papa d\u2019un petit gar\u00e7on de 1 an. Je g\u00e8re plusieurs activit\u00e9s professionnelles mais mon activit\u00e9 principale est peintre\/d\u00e9corateur en b\u00e2timent. Bien s\u00fbr, <strong>ma passion principale est la musculation<\/strong> mais je suis aussi passionn\u00e9 par l\u2019automobile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#2. Waow, tu t\u2019es b\u00e2ti un physique exceptionnel. Que pr\u00e9pares-tu en ce moment ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Merci, je pr\u00e9pare actuellement les championnats de France IFBB en cat\u00e9gorie bodybuilding et je vise le podium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#3. Depuis combien de temps t\u2019y pr\u00e9pares-tu?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai <strong>7 mois de pr\u00e9paration<\/strong> avant la date du championnat\u00a0!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#4. En quoi consiste cette pr\u00e9paration?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle consiste \u00e0 me faire <strong>prendre un maximum de poids et de densit\u00e9 musculaire<\/strong> vu que je sors de ma 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> comp\u00e9tition (MusclemaniaParis) ou j\u2019ai remport\u00e9 la seconde place en cat\u00e9gorie Men\u2019s Physique. Du coup, j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 cette nouvelle pr\u00e9paration avec un poids de corps de 78 kilos pour atteindre par la suite 105 kg\u00a0! Cette pr\u00e9paration se compose de plusieurs phases dont des <strong>prises de masse \u00ab\u00a0propre\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> \u00a0ainsi que plusieurs <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-alimentaire-seche-musculaire\/\">phases de s\u00e8che.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"337\" src=\"\/conseils\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_3015-yoann.jpg\" alt=\"Yoann, apr\u00e8s Musclemania, ce sera le concours IFBB\" class=\"wp-image-13473\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/conseils\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_3015-yoann.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/conseils\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/IMG_3015-yoann-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#5. Quel est ton r\u00e9gime actuel? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis actuellement en <strong><a href=\"\/76-prendre-de-la-masse\">prise de masse<\/a><\/strong> et je mange toutes les 3 heures en moyenne\u00a0! Je d\u00e9jeune \u00e0 8h puis je mange ma 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> collation \u00e0 10h. Vient d\u2019ensuite l\u2019heure du 1<sup>er<\/sup> repas \u00e0 12h, 2<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> collation \u00e0 15h puis shaker pr\u00e9-workout \u00e0 17h. Je prends aussi un <strong><a href=\"\/4-proteines\">shaker prot\u00e9in\u00e9<\/a><\/strong> en sortant du gym vers 19h. Arrive ensuite l\u2019heure du second repas \u00e0 21h, puis je prends ma derni\u00e8re collation avec <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/426-caseines\">une cas\u00e9ine avant le coucher<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#6. Et ta routine d\u2019entrainement ? y-a-t-il des choses tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifiques? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis suivi par une coach qui me change tr\u00e8s r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement mes <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/programme-musculation-fitness\/\">programmes d\u2019entrainement<\/a><\/strong> ainsi que mes r\u00e9gimes alimentaires en fonction de mes besoins. Donc je n\u2019ai pas de routine type d\u2019entrainement\u00a0! <strong>Je travaille tous mes muscles<\/strong> sous diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#7. Pratiques-tu encore d\u2019autres sports ? As-tu toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 sportif avec un physique massif ou c\u2019est d\u00fb \u00e0 ta pr\u00e9paration r\u00e9cente?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Non, je ne pratique que <strong>la musculation qui prend d\u00e9j\u00e0 beaucoup de place <\/strong>dans ma vie ! J\u2019ai pratiqu\u00e9 le kickboxing plus jeune mais je n\u2019arrivais pas \u00e0 associer les deux vu le nombre important d\u2019heures d\u2019entrainement que cela repr\u00e9sentait ! j\u2019ai toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 mince de base mais mon physique a \u00e9volu\u00e9 durant toutes ces ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#8. On peut dire que tu es \u00ab addict \u00bb au gym, qu\u2019est-ce qui te motive vraiment?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui, je suis clairement addict (lol) !\u00a0 Ma 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> motivation est sans aucun doute cette <strong>envie sans cesse de progresser<\/strong>, de se surpasser pour atteindre ses objectifs. D\u2019o\u00f9 ma citation \u00ab\u00a0Toujours plus, on l\u00e2che rien\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#9. Et au niveau mental, tu te raccroches \u00e0 quoi?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me raccroche toujours \u00e0 la victoire, je ne renonce jamais donc je me suis forg\u00e9 un mental d\u2019acier \u00e0 force de <strong>pratiquer la musculation<\/strong>. J\u2019ai aussi la chance d\u2019avoir une femme qui partage ma passion et une communaut\u00e9 incroyable sur <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/yoyo_fit\/\">Instagram<\/a>, &nbsp;leur soutien me permet de rester fort quoi qu\u2019il arrive ! &nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#10. As-tu des rituels pr\u00e9cis pour te conditionner avant un entrainement particuli\u00e8rement intense?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je mange toujours une banane ou une pomme sur la route, si je l\u2019oublie je suis capable de faire demi-tour&nbsp;! Autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment indispensable, mes gants et surtout mon mp3 avec de la batterie (mdr) !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#11. Qui sont tes mod\u00e8les?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tavi Castro pour son physique et sa r\u00e9ussite professionnelle, Arnold pour avoir r\u00e9volutionn\u00e9 ce sport&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#12. Quels sont les compl\u00e9ments que tu prends, et pourquoi? <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je prends <strong><a href=\"\/424-whey-proteine\">de la Whey prot\u00e9ine<\/a><\/strong> en prise de masse ou de l\u2019isolat en p\u00e9riode de maintien ou de s\u00e8che. Je compl\u00e8te toujours ma prot\u00e9ine avec des <strong>acides amin\u00e9s<\/strong> pour le d\u00e9veloppement musculaire. Je prends aussi de la <strong>cr\u00e9atine<\/strong> et de la glutamine (matin, post-training et avant le coucher, pour la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. Comment g\u00e8res-tu tes sorties entre amis et tes envies particuli\u00e8res de nourriture?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je m\u2019autorise <strong>1 \u00e0 2 cheat-meal par semaine<\/strong> ce qui me permet de sortir avec mes amis. Je sors aussi dans les bars et les boites de nuit mais\u00a0 je ne bois pas d\u2019alcool ! Mes amis ne comprennent pas tous ce choix de vie donc c\u2019est plut\u00f4t moi qui m\u2019adapte \u00e0 eux en pr\u00e9parant \u00e0 l\u2019avance mes Tupperwares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#14. Que conseillerais-tu \u00e0 un d\u00e9butant voulant se lancer dans la musculation, pour lui faire gagner du temps?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>De <strong>s\u2019investir enti\u00e8rement dans la nutrition<\/strong> car on ne cesse de le rappeler mais c\u2019est vraiment la plus grosse partie du travail ! Une alimentation saine et proportionn\u00e9e rendra de bien meilleur r\u00e9sultat qu\u2019un max au d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 couch\u00e9 ou qu\u2019une tonne de compl\u00e9ments !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">#15.
