En observant ce qui ne va pas chez ceux qui s&rsquo;entrainent mal ou trop, il a forg\u00e9 sa propre th\u00e9orie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Beaucoup de personnes ne savent pas <a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/programme-musculation-fitness\/\">organiser leur entrainement<\/a>, d\u2019une part, par rapport aux jours disponibles pour leurs s\u00e9ances, d\u2019autre part par une mauvaise connaissance des associations musculaires.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sans parler de point faible pour le moment, il est important de bien r\u00e9partir ces groupes musculaires, lors de la s\u00e9ance pour une bonne r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bien r\u00e9partir ses s\u00e9ances<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-quote is-\">\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__quote\">\n    <blockquote>Attention \u00e0 la surcompensation musculaire<\/blockquote>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">\n\nPar exemple, si vous entrainez vos \u00e9paules le lundi, il n\u2019est absolument pas possible d\u2019entrainer les pectoraux le mardi. Pourquoi&nbsp;? Parce que les \u00e9paules sont encore en pleine <strong>r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de l\u2019entrainement<\/strong>. Elles ont besoin de se reposer et, en travaillant les pecs, elles seront beaucoup trop sollicit\u00e9es dans ce groupe musculaire. Ex&nbsp;: triceps, biceps, quadris, ischios (il n&rsquo;existe pas de variation possible).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les muscles compos\u00e9s de&nbsp;diff\u00e9rents faisceaux et attaches, on pourra augmenter le nombre d\u2019exercices jusqu\u2019\u00e0 3 ou 4 mouvements diff\u00e9rents exemple&nbsp;: dos, pecs, \u00e9paules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ces groupes musculaires, il faudra faire des&nbsp;exercices vari\u00e9s suivant les faisceaux concern\u00e9s. Ex&nbsp;: pour les \u00e9paules, un d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 halt\u00e8res, barre ou machine ne sollicitera que les delto\u00efdes ant\u00e9rieurs avec une petite participation du faisceau lat\u00e9ral et post\u00e9rieur. Pour ces deux derniers faisceaux, il faudra faire un exercice plus sp\u00e9cifique&nbsp;: \u00e9l\u00e9vation lat\u00e9rale pour les faisceaux lat\u00e9raux, \u00e9l\u00e9vation buste pench\u00e9 en avant ou autre machine pour les faisceaux post\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le dos, pensez toujours \u00e0 inclure un mouvement d\u2019adduction dans votre s\u00e9ance : par exemple un tirage vertical et deux&nbsp;mouvements de r\u00e9tropulsion&nbsp;: tirage serr\u00e9 horizontal ou autre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les pecs, essayez toujours d&rsquo;inclure \u00e0 votre s\u00e9ance, un mouvement d\u2019\u00e9cart\u00e9 (halt\u00e8res, c\u00e2bles ou machines) et deux mouvements de d\u00e9velopp\u00e9. A pr\u00e9ciser quand m\u00eame que le pull over est contrairement \u00e0 une&nbsp;id\u00e9e fausse, beaucoup plus adapt\u00e9 \u00e0&nbsp;l\u2019entrainement des dorsaux qu&rsquo;\u00e0&nbsp;l\u2019entrainement des pectoraux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les personnes ayant peu de temps pour s&rsquo;entrainer et ne disposant que de 2 \u00e0 3 s\u00e9ances par semaine, il serait pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de pr\u00e9voir un <strong>entrainement full body<\/strong> (ensemble du corps) ou tout au moins, de s\u00e9parer en deux s\u00e9ances distinctes, le travail des muscles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concernant les m\u00e9thodes \u00e0 haute intensit\u00e9&nbsp;: s\u00e9ries d\u00e9gressives, pr\u00e9-\u00e9puisement, etc\u2026il est conseill\u00e9 de&nbsp;n\u2019inclure ces m\u00e9thodes que dans le dernier exercice du groupe musculaire entrain\u00e9 et non pas \u00e0 chaque mouvement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le doute, n\u2019h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 demander l\u2019<strong>avis d\u2019un coach<\/strong> ou d\u2019une personne plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9e.
