Bien qu&rsquo;il ne soit pas utilis\u00e9 pour synth\u00e9tiser les tissus musculaires ou des enzymes, il influe quand m\u00eame sur la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019exercice et particuli\u00e8rement la performance d&rsquo;endurance. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Am\u00e9liore la performance physique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The International Society of Sports Nutrition, dans un \u00e9nonc\u00e9 de position, a conclu que la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/614-beta-alanine\">beta-alanine<\/a><\/strong> augmente bien les niveaux de carnosine musculaires et agit comme un tampon intracellulaire.
