Or selon certaines th\u00e9ories, prendre ses repas le plus t\u00f4t possible ferait <\/strong><a href=\"\/132-perte-de-poids\"><strong>perdre du poids<\/strong><\/a><strong>. Cela veut-il dire par opposition que manger tardivement ferait prendre plus de poids&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Manger tard, quelle influence sur notre r\u00e9gime ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un petit rappel sur cette \u00e9tude br\u00e9silienne est donc la bienvenue. L\u2019\u00e9tude a port\u00e9 sur des femmes en surpoids, mangeant la m\u00eame quantit\u00e9 de calories par jour (1000), mais selon une tranche horaire diff\u00e9remment r\u00e9partie. Le premier groupe&nbsp; servant de groupe t\u00e9moin, a fait 5 repas par jour, le second groupe ne pouvait manger qu\u2019entre 9H et 11 h du matin, le troisi\u00e8me groupe au contraire ne prenait ses repas qu\u2019entre 18h et 20H.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le but \u00e9tait de prouver si l\u2019heure des repas pouvait avoir une influence sur la perte de poids chez les femmes ob\u00e8ses.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-quote is-\">\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__quote\">\n    <blockquote>Pas de variation par rapport aux rythmes circadiens<\/blockquote>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">\n\nDes mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es sur le taux de cortisol (pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement de salive), ainsi que des mesures anthropom\u00e9triques, de bioimp\u00e9dancem\u00e9trie. Il n\u2019a y a pas eu de variation par rapport aux rythmes circadiens, ni de variation de cortisol. Dans tous les groupes, on a not\u00e9 des r\u00e9ductions similaires dans les mensurations, sauf le rapport taille\/hanches.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui voudrait dire que c\u2019est la <strong>baisse des calories<\/strong> qui provoque des changements de poids, de composition corporelle et de m\u00e9tabolisme, et non la modification des rythmes de repas.
