Pendant des milliers d\u2019ann\u00e9es, cette hormone nous a sauv\u00e9 la vie. Le cortisol est un puissant stimulant du syst\u00e8me nerveux central. Il mobilise les r\u00e9serves \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques et pr\u00e9pare l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019organisme \u00e0 une r\u00e9action imm\u00e9diate et violente \u2026 C\u2019est l\u2019hormone du stress&nbsp;!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Qu&rsquo;est ce que le cortisol ?<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-quote is-\">\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__quote\">\n    <blockquote>Le cortisol module l&rsquo;humeur et stimule la cognition<\/blockquote>\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-quote__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\">\n\nLe cortisol est pourtant indispensable pour maintenir une bonne sant\u00e9. Il module l\u2019humeur, stimule la cognition et l\u2019attention, soutient le syst\u00e8me immunitaire, \u00e9vite que la fatigue s\u2019installe durablement et a un r\u00f4le anti inflammatoire \u2026 Un surdosage aura les effets inverses et est m\u00eame identifi\u00e9 comme d\u00e9clencheur de certaines pathologies. Ce sont le diab\u00e8te, l\u2019hypertension, le syndrome de fatigue chronique, les insomnies, la d\u00e9pression et l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 notamment.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour tous les culturistes, c\u2019est l\u2019hormone qui va d\u00e9grader du muscle durement acquis, augmenter la fuite des acides amin\u00e9s. Pire, elle va augmenter le glucose sanguin, stimuler les envies compulsives de grignoter et stimuler la synth\u00e8se du tissu gras. A terme, cela va effondrer les <strong>niveaux de testost\u00e9rone<\/strong> \u2026 Mais c\u2019est aussi l\u2019hormone qui nous permet de <strong>nous entra\u00eener avec une grosse intensit\u00e9<\/strong>. Bloquer le cortisol r\u00e9duirait \u00e0 n\u00e9ant la<strong> stimulation de la croissance musculaire<\/strong> (entrainements intensifs). D&rsquo;autre part, le laisser atteindre certains niveaux ruinerait toute chance de <strong><a href=\"\/74-prendre-du-muscle-sec\">prendre du muscle<\/a><\/strong> \u2026 Mais comment faire alors&nbsp;? Il faut <strong>moduler sa s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion<\/strong> pour en tirer les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices et \u00e9viter ses effets n\u00e9fastes au cours de la journ\u00e9e. C\u2019est \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard que s\u2019entrainer le matin est id\u00e9al, mais nous y reviendons plus tard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est donc pendant les heures qui se situent autour de l\u2019entrainement qu\u2019il faudra surtout apprendre \u00e0 g\u00e9rer la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de cortisol. Mal g\u00e9r\u00e9 sur la fin de l\u2019entrainement et plusieurs heures apr\u00e8s, le cortisol augmente la d\u00e9gradation du tissu musculaire, inhibe la synth\u00e8se des prot\u00e9ines. S&rsquo;ensuit un effondrement des niveaux de testost\u00e9rone, GH, IGF1 et des hormones tyroidiennes. Il diminue aussi la sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019insuline. Il faut donc <a href=\"\/conseils\/comment-booster-hormones\/\"><strong>stimuler le cortisol<\/strong><\/a> avant et pendant la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 de l\u2019entrainement et le faire baisser apr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-number\">Contr\u00f4ler le cortisol en adaptant l&rsquo;entra\u00eenement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Le cardio training au-del\u00e0 de 40 min \u00e9l\u00e8ve la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de cortisol au maximum<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est une des raisons pour laquelle on conseille de limiter le cardio en prise de masse musculaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de <strong>faire son entrainement le matin<\/strong>, l\u00e0 ou la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de cortisol est d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e0 son maximum. On \u00e9vitera ainsi de le stimuler une deuxi\u00e8me fois dans la journ\u00e9e et de souffrir de ses effets n\u00e9fastes sur le muscle. De plus, tout le reste de la journ\u00e9e pourra \u00eatre consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019anabolisme. De plus, stimuler la s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion de cortisol le soir aura des cons\u00e9quences n\u00e9gatives sur l\u2019endormissement en inhibant le largage de la m\u00e9latonine. Un <a href=\"\/conseils\/sommeil-foutu-muscle-perdu\/\"><strong>bon sommeil<\/strong><\/a> est garant d\u2019une s\u00e9cr\u00e9tion maximale de GH notamment&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Effectuer des \u00e9tirements \u00e0 la fin de l\u2019entrainement fait baisser le niveau de cortisol et se relaxer apr\u00e8s l\u2019entrainement maintiendra un niveau bas. Acet \u00e9gard le yoga, la m\u00e9ditaion, la relaxation sont vos meilleurs armes&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entrainez vous 45 \u00e0 50 min maximum. Au-del\u00e0 le largage de cortisol sera maximal ce qui, parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 la baisse de la testost\u00e9rone (au bout de 45 min), aura toutes les chances de vous faire perdre du muscle.
