Mais quand on parle de nourriture du futur, pour faire face \u00e0 la surpopulation et \u00e0 l\u2019appauvrissement des sols, on n\u2019aura peut-\u00eatre plus trop le choix. On est bien loin du concept de la cuisine traditionnelle \u00ab maison \u00bb avec des produits frais. Sauf que deux jeunes Autrichiennes de moins de 30 ans, Katharina Unger, et Julia Kaisinger, ont eu une dr\u00f4le d\u2019id\u00e9e. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des insectes \u00ab\u00a0home made\u00a0\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Celle-ci consiste \u00e0 fabriquer ses propres insectes \u00ab home made \u00bb \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un appareil qui permet de les \u00e9lever \u00e0 domicile. Certes, c\u2019est plus pratique qu\u2019une vache et \u00e7a prend moins de place. On commence par de petites larves qu\u2019on engraisse avec des restes de nourriture, en plus c\u2019est \u00e9colo, \u00e9conomique et \u00e7a recycle les d\u00e9chets. Ils grossissent et se reproduisent (beurk !).<br> Une fois \u00e0 point, ils tombent dans un tiroir de r\u00e9colte, pr\u00eats \u00e0 consommer, (re-beurk). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On les cong\u00e8le comme les steaks et ensuite on les consomme et on les cuisine comme on veut : frits, en gratin, en sauce\u2026<br> Ne riez pas, c\u2019est vrai et c\u2019est m\u00eame un projet encourag\u00e9 par la FAO, l\u2019agence des nations Unies pour l\u2019alimentation et l\u2019agriculture pour assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire mondiale. Ils contiennent <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/4-proteines\">autant de prot\u00e9ines que la viande de b\u0153uf<\/a><\/strong>, plus de vitamines que les \u0153ufs et plus de fibres que les brocolis ! Ils repr\u00e9sentent un vrai potentiel alimentaire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une tendance branch\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans certains pays et cultures, le fait de manger des insectes est&nbsp;d\u00e9j\u00e0 acquis, notamment en Asie, en Am\u00e9rique du Sud et en Afrique. En Europe, ou en Am\u00e9rique du Nord, c\u2019est plus compliqu\u00e9 \u00e0 faire admettre, m\u00eame si les insectes grill\u00e9s ou \u00e9pic\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019ap\u00e9ro commencent \u00e0 \u00eatre branch\u00e9s, alors que&nbsp;dans l\u2019antiquit\u00e9, c\u2019\u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 monnaie courante chez les Grecs et les Romains, parait-il\u2026<br> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cet appareil nomm\u00e9 <em>ruche de table<\/em> pour faire ses propres insectes est en cours de fabrication en Chine et sera commercialis\u00e9e au prix de 459\u20ac.\u00a0Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9-vendue \u00e0 de futurs utilisateurs d\u00e9j\u00e0 s\u00e9duits.<br> On se souvient tous de cette fameuse sc\u00e8ne des bronz\u00e9s font du ski, avec le fromage grouillant de vers.
