Elle est la garante de la bonne sant\u00e9 des os. Lorsqu\u2019on sollicite beaucoup ses articulations, lors d\u2019<\/strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/entrainement\/programme-musculation-fitness\/\"><strong>entrainements intenses et r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s<\/strong><\/a><strong>, ou de sport \u00e0 impact, on a tout int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 prendre de la vitamine D. Cette \u00e9tude montre tout l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de cette vitamine pour pr\u00e9venir et limiter les fractures de stress ou de fatigue.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9venir les fractures avec la vitamine D<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La vitamine D a fait l\u2019objet de nombreuses \u00e9tudes qui montrent qu\u2019elle a de nombreux effets physiologiques, mais ce qui nous int\u00e9resse ici c\u2019est la diminution de la densit\u00e9 osseuse en cas de carence, ce qui peut conduire \u00e0 la fracture. Une sollicitation excessive des os fait que ceux-ci ne parviennent plus \u00e0 faire face \u00e0 l\u2019effort demand\u00e9. Elle peut toucher sans distinction les sportifs de haut niveau comme les amateurs, d\u00e8s que l\u2019adaptation \u00e0 l\u2019effort n\u2019est plus possible, cela peut \u00eatre tout simplement lorsqu\u2019un entrainement est inhabituel, trop brutal ou trop pouss\u00e9.
