{"id":14153,"date":"2016-02-10T15:15:46","date_gmt":"2016-02-10T13:15:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/new-fitadium.synten.com\/TheGoodFit\/?p=14153"},"modified":"2024-04-30T11:34:24","modified_gmt":"2024-04-30T09:34:24","slug":"programme-masse-hiver-conseils-luc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fitadium.com\/conseils\/programme-masse-hiver-conseils-luc\/","title":{"rendered":"Petit programme masse d&rsquo;hiver"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Luc, bodybuilder et ami de Fitadium, &nbsp;nous donne ses trucs et conseils faciles pour faire de la masse en hiver !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faire de la masse en hiver<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019hiver est l\u00e0, et deux options s\u2019offrent \u00e0 vous, soit vous posez vos fesses sur un vieux radiateur en fonte, soit vous bougez vous fesses et vous d\u00e9cidez de la soulever, la fonte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le premier cas, cet \u00e9t\u00e9 se fera \u00e0 la montagne avec t-shirt manches longues ; dans le second, l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 se fera \u00e0 la plage. Car c\u2019est aujourd\u2019hui et maintenant que vous pr\u00e9parez la saison estivale. Rome ne s\u2019est pas faite en un jour, votre corps non plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce programme va vous plaire\u2026 au d\u00e9but.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour gagner de la masse, 3 choses&nbsp;: <strong>alimentation, entrainement, siestes \u00e0 gogo<\/strong>. (Je vous avais dit que cela vous plairait&nbsp;!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u2019ayez pas peur de prendre un petit voile adipeux, de toute fa\u00e7on, l\u2019hiver, nous avons les manteaux. Mangez toutes les 3 heures. Ce qui fera 3 repas et 3 collations. Pour ceux qui ont du mal \u00e0 prendre, <strong><a href=\"\/6-gainers\">le gainer peut vous aide<\/a><\/strong>r lors des collations. Attention, <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/guide-objectif\/prise-de-masse\/\">prise de masse<\/a><\/strong> ne veut pas dire prise de gras. Profitez-en pour faire des exercices de base comme le rowing, les tractions, dips, squats, ou soulev\u00e9 de terre. Travaillez lourd et court. Limitez les exercices d\u2019isolation qui sont des mouvements de d\u00e9finition, ils n\u2019apportent <strong>ni force ni masse<\/strong>.
