Cet acide lactique va agir comme paralysant (\u00e9chec musculaire) et acidifier le muscle. Cette acidit\u00e9 va ralentir voire stopper momentan\u00e9ment la <strong>r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration musculaire<\/strong>. Les l\u00e9gumes verts sont tr\u00e8s riches en compos\u00e9s alcalins qui vont venir tamponner l\u2019acidit\u00e9. En effet en ab<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">sorbant un aliment avec un PH \u00e9lev\u00e9 (base) cela va permette au PH (bas donc acide) de redevenir neutre.
