D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s cette nouvelle \u00e9tude, on a carr\u00e9ment tort.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des br\u00fbleurs de graisses naturels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes \u00e9tudes \u00e0 propos du th\u00e9 vert portant uniquement sur de petits \u00e9chantillons de population avaient parfois d\u00e9j\u00e0 montr\u00e9 un lien entre les <strong>anti-oxydants et la r\u00e9gulation du poids<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est une des raisons pour lesquelles&nbsp;la plupart des <strong><a href=\"\/56-bruleurs-de-graisse\">br\u00fbleurs de graisses<\/a><\/strong> contiennent du th\u00e9 vert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une \u00e9tude am\u00e9ricaine \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, portant sur plus de 120.000 sujets de tous \u00e2ges et des deux sexes, a d\u00e9finitivement montr\u00e9 que les aliments riches en flavono\u00efdes, favorisaient le maintien du poids corporel d\u2019une part et pouvaient m\u00eame influencer la perte de poids, surtout en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019anthocyanes, de puissants anti-oxydants qui donnent &nbsp;leur coloration aux fruits&nbsp;et l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O\u00f9 les trouver ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces <strong>anti-oxydants<\/strong> sont pr\u00e9sents dans les pommes, les m\u00fbres, les fraises, les myrtilles, les framboises, les cerises, les oranges, le raisin, mais aussi le chou rouge, la canneberge, les oignons rouges et le th\u00e9.
