Voici une \u00e9tude qui pourrait nous d\u00e9complexer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une source de flavono\u00efdes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le chocolat noir est riche en flavono\u00efdes, qui favorisent la circulation sanguine. Rihikesh Patel de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Kingston au Royaume-Uni, et ses coll\u00e8gues, ont constat\u00e9 que la consommation de <strong>30 g de chocolat noir par jour<\/strong>, pendant 14 jours pouvait causer une l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation de la consommation maximale d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne, la performance en cyclisme et le seuil d&rsquo;\u00e9change de gaz &#8211; le point auquel l\u2019expiration de dioxyde de carbone augmente brusquement. Ces effets mesur\u00e9s \u00e9taient faibles, et peuvent donc ne pas faire beaucoup de diff\u00e9rence dans la performance. Plusieurs \u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes ont vant\u00e9 les effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques des flavono\u00efdes et des polyph\u00e9nols dans les aliments tels que le chocolat et le vin rouge. Il en ressort que, oui, ils sont assez efficaces pour r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;inflammation et les dommages des radicaux libres dans les cellules.
