C\u2019est manifestement une erreur, car la partie du cerveau qui r\u00e9git l\u2019utilisation des calories ne se comporte pas de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re selon le sexe. En effet, des hormones appel\u00e9es POMC ou peptides pro-opiomelanocortine sont responsables de la r\u00e9gulation de l\u2019app\u00e9tit, de l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique, de la d\u00e9pense d\u2019\u00e9nergie et du poids corporel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces hormones sont donc une cible privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e de m\u00e9dicaments cens\u00e9s traiter l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 aux USA, utilis\u00e9s aujourd\u2019hui. Or ces m\u00e9dicaments cens\u00e9s traiter l\u2019ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 influencent l\u2019app\u00e9tit chez les m\u00e2les comme les femelles, sauf que chez les m\u00e2les, et eux seulement, <strong>la d\u00e9pense \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique sont elles aussi positivement influenc\u00e9es<\/strong>. Ce qui veut dire que chez les femmes, l\u2019app\u00e9tit est bien r\u00e9duit mais que les POMC n\u2019ont aucun effet sur les signaux qui modifient l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique et la d\u00e9pense \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preuve en est que la diff\u00e9rence de sexe joue un r\u00f4le pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant dans la <strong>perte de poids<\/strong> au plan de l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique et de la d\u00e9pense d\u2019\u00e9nergie. Pour r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 <strong><a href=\"\/conseils\/programme-alimentaire-perte-poids-femme\/\">faire baisser le poids corporel des femmes<\/a><\/strong>, il faudrait donc trouver un traitement sp\u00e9cifique pouvant agir sur le cerveau f\u00e9minin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En attendant, voici de quoi f\u00e9liciter encore plus les femmes qui r\u00e9ussissent \u00e0 rester minces ou \u00e0 perdre du poids de fa\u00e7on durable.
