Mais selon cette \u00e9tude, publi\u00e9e dans l\u2019American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, il n&rsquo;y a pas 36 moyens de lutter contre l&rsquo;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9. Soit on limite l&rsquo;apport calorique, soit on augmente la d\u00e9pense. Augmenter l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 physique fait donc partie des options envisag\u00e9es.&nbsp;D\u2019apr\u00e8s les chercheurs de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Bath, un petit d\u00e9jeuner inciterait \u00e0 se d\u00e9penser. Les personnes en surpoids ou ob\u00e8ses ont int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 en prendre un, m\u00eame si au final cela n\u2019influence pas directement leur <a href=\"\/132-perte-de-poids\"><strong>perte de poids<\/strong>,<\/a>&nbsp;car il leur donnerait davantage envie d\u2019aller se d\u00e9gourdir les jambes&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On a compar\u00e9 deux petits groupes d\u2019individus, hommes et femmes, \u00e2g\u00e9s de 21 \u00e0 60 ans qui se sont vus proposer soit un petit d\u00e9jeuner, soit rien. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 prouv\u00e9 que le petit d\u00e9jeuner provoquait une plus grande activit\u00e9 thermog\u00e9nique physique que le je\u00fbne, durant la matin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"columns-push-product\">\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__body\">\n    \n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>C\u00e9r\u00e9ales prot\u00e9in\u00e9es et croustillantes au cacao<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n  <\/div>\n  <div class=\"columns-push-product__product\">\n      <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Des mesures ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es sur le taux m\u00e9tabolique au repos, la thermog\u00e9n\u00e8se due \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique et celle provoqu\u00e9e par la prise alimentaire, le poids corporel et la sant\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le groupe petit-d\u00e9jeuner a eu une d\u00e9pense calorique moyenne de 188 calories lors de la matin\u00e9e, mais on n\u2019a pas observ\u00e9 de diff\u00e9rence sur 24H, car l\u2019apport calorique global sur la journ\u00e9e est \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s identique; il s\u2019agit juste d\u2019une r\u00e9partition diff\u00e9rente. Dans les deux groupes, l\u2019IMC a augment\u00e9 mais la tol\u00e9rance au glucose a \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9e dans le premier groupe, ce qui au fil du temps r\u00e9duit la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019insuline.
